Riverpark Is Making a Big Splash!

With Phase One already 50% sold, response to the new model homes at RiverPark — open daily from 10 am to 6 pm — has been extremely enthusiastic! Consumers appreciate how spacious, airy and livable these single-family detached and paired homes feel, with easy entertainment flow and high-caliber finishes throughout.

Located in Cypress Park, LA Urban Homes’ limited offering of 41 residences is best reached from the corner of San Fernando Road and Arvia Street. It is situated along the scenic Los Angeles River in Taylor Yard Village — an innovative, transit-oriented, master-planned community, developed through a public-private joint development with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

RiverPark offers contemporary 3–4 bedroom/3-bath designs, with up to 2,000 square feet. The homes feature dramatic open-concept floor plans, spacious master suites with en suite baths, state-of-the-art kitchens, energy-saving features, and much more.

Shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities are abundant — including the nearby Atwater Village — and the centrally located community is a short commute away from downtown, Glendale, and Eagle Rock, with easy access to the 2, 5 and 110 freeways. The nearby Lincoln/Cypress Metrolink Gold Line station — with bus connections to Metro Local (#28, 81, 90, 91, 94, and 251), plus Metro Rapid (751 and 794) — provides important rail connections to Metro’s expanding 87-mile Metro Rail network throughout Los Angeles County.

RiverPark is also directly adjacent to the 40-acre Rio de Los Angeles State Park, which boasts fabulous riverfront and wilderness hiking and walking trails; baseball and soccer fields; tennis courts; picnic areas; a children’s playground with splash pad; and a recreation center which is home to many activities and classes. A nearby bike path offers a scenic 7.4-mile ride along the riverbank.

Exciting plans for the restoration and revitalization of the Los Angeles River front is a major priority for the city, and the Army Corps of Engineers has committed one billion dollars to the project. Initial focus will be on the prime 11-mile section between downtown and Griffith Park — which includes RiverPark — and will eventually encompass over 31 miles of the Los Angeles River.

Half of the first 18 homes at RiverPark are already sold, and the next phase is coming soon. Preview pricing, which is currently from the high $500,000s, is expected to rise in future phases. “The interest in this unique community has been incredible,” states Marisol Almonte, Sales Manager at RiverPark. “The architectural excellence of the homes, their value and the opportunity to be at the forefront of the Los Angeles River beautification project, make this a real ground-floor opportunity for savvy home seekers.” Prospective buyers are encouraged to join the interest list, which is expanding daily, for early selection of prime lots, plus construction and sales updates. All sales are based on a first-come, first-served basis. To register and learn more about the community, please visit liveriverpark.com.
